eShox is available to Web Hosts and ISP's free of charge to offer their customers. Progressive web hosts are always looking for ways to provide their customers with the best value for money. By providing all their customers with a tool that allows them to quickly and easily establish a professional web presence, these customers are increasingly bound to the provider. eShox provides this tool for web hosts all over the world since it supports stores in all major languages and is designed to easily add new languages. (eShox in Swahili anyone?)
Income Streams
Web hosts and ISP's have numerous profit opportunities built right into the program. These include:
• Income from premium eShox web hosting including customer support
• Income from payment processing (providing direct link to credit card processors and receiving ongoing commission)
• Custom programming to meet customer's specific requirements (please see Developers section)
Affiliation Income
Web hosts and ISP's automatically become eShox affiliates and thus also receive a 20% commission on all sales. The commissions are paid out in the fourth week of any month for all purchases of the previous month minus any chargebacks. Currently there are two sources of revenue:
1) Shopping Cart Activation - users buy 1 year license access key for US$299.00. This yields income of $59.80 per store. An unlimited license sells for $499 yielding $99.80 of income.
2) Store Themes - users decide to change their site's appearance by activating one of the many RapidWeaver compatible themes purchased from the store. The price of the themes vary depending upon their complexity.
