NOTES:
1. You will need to disable and then enable USPS to make use of the new shipping
   options
2. You might need to update admin/templates/order_export.txt and
   purchaseorder.html manually if they do not show up here in the software
   update. Please see http://www.eshox.com/eshox3/downloads.php for the changed
   files download.
3. There is a new phpcipher.bin file that is required, please make sure you have
   that file and delete the phpcipher.php file that was included in past
   releases.

BUGS
-----------
  * Fixed conversion from pounds to ounces for the usps shipping module
  * Updated the country "United Kingdom" to "United Kingdom (Great Britian)" for
    the shipping modules
  * When creating a product, the date available was not defaulting to the
    current date
  * When products have categories the sort order is wrong on the homepaage
  * When no config.php file the redirect to setup was broken.
  * When adding a product option it was not selecting the option after save
  * If free shipping was enabled no shipping was showing on the confirmation
    page regardless of whether there was a shipping charge.
  * Sort order was wrong on order total modules, so on checkout confirmation
    tax, shipping etc was not showing up.
  * Products and Category names can now hold special characters like trademark
    and restricted without displaying strang characters in the admin.
  * Allow 64 characters for product model
  * Add to My Address Book now works correctly in the Admin.  It had trouble
    exporting a filename with a space or any other non alphanumeric characters
  * In Account Info if you saved and received an error, even if you corrected
    the error it would not save your edits.
  * Fixed Tax Options for the Customers Tax Location, calculating tax from the
    customers Shipping address now works.
  * Admin now exports customer_address_2 and delivery_address_2 correctly.
    Updated the help files accordingly.
  * Admin exports are now in utf-8 format so that it will display foreign
    characters correctly.
  * When a person removed USA states from the database it would then cause the
    zip code to state conversion on the account edit/signup pages to return the
    wrong state.
  * Account Shipping state and country when edited would lose the original
    value.
  * Same as Billing checkbox now works in IE Mac and other "problematic"
    browsers.
  * DHL now correctly checks for empty or blank in the DHL key field to create a
    key.
  * FedEx account number has dashes in it, but when sent that way to FedEx it
    would choke, so we now strip out all non numeric characters from the number.
  * When doing a search, special price was not showing up
  * Fixed advanced search problems with price range
  * Fixed so that eShox works with MySQL 5
  * Plain text emails are actually plain text now, no html
  * When selecting a country that does not have states and not filling in the
    state field, no error was occurring
  * Featured products that were disabled were still showing to the customer
  * Downloads were displaying more than one link.
